Agreement Overview

Welcome to Aesthetic Mentorship Circle ("AMC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an application, enrolling in our training courses, or participating in hands-on mentorship, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our programs provide advanced aesthetic instruction, clinical observation, and physician-led hands-on mentorship. All educational offerings are intended strictly for qualified, licensed medical professionals operating within their authorized scope of practice.

1. Professional Eligibility & Medical Prerequisites

  • Professional Licensing: Enrollees must hold an active, unencumbered medical license (e.g., MD, DO, ND, NP, RN, or equivalent regulated healthcare license) in good standing with their respective governing regulatory body.
  • Verification: AMC reserves the right to verify credentials, active licensing status, and malpractice insurance coverage prior to confirming course admission or clinical hands-on participation.
  • Scope of Practice: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all training, procedures, and injected modalities align with their professional scope of practice as defined by their governing provincial or state regulatory college.

2. Tuition & Payment Policy

Tuition fees cover comprehensive didactic materials, physician-led instruction, clinical facility access, live model practice sessions (where applicable), and completion certification.

Key Payment Terms:

  • Acceptance & Invoice: Upon acceptance into a program, students receive an official acceptance package outlining full tuition, deposit requirements, and payment schedule options.
  • Seat Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment confirmation to reserve your seat in the scheduled class.
  • Flexible Payment Plans: Payment plan arrangements (e.g., installment schedules) may be arranged individually during your admissions consultation. Full tuition must be settled prior to course commencement unless an explicit payment arrangement has been approved in writing by AMC.
  • Payment Methods: AMC accepts major credit cards, electronic fund transfers (EFT/Interac), and bank wires as detailed in your acceptance package.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Because AMC courses involve dedicated clinical venue bookings, physician faculty scheduling, and live model patient coordination, the following cancellation policy applies to all student-initiated cancellations:

Course Cancellation Refund Schedule:

  • More than 30 DaysFull refund of tuition paid, minus a $250 administrative fee.
  • 30 Days to 1 Week50% refund of total tuition paid.
  • Less than 1 WeekNon-refundable and non-transferable due to committed clinical venue logistics and faculty allocation.

* Note: In the rare event that AMC must reschedule or adjust a course module due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or faculty emergency), enrolled students will be offered priority transfer to a future class or a 100% full refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All training curricula, presentation slides, clinical technique manuals, video demonstrations, treatment protocols, and educational collateral provided by AMC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Course materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled participant. Reproduction, distribution, recording, or commercial resale of AMC course content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Clinical Safety & Professional Conduct

During hands-on training sessions and clinical practice, students must adhere to strict clinical hygiene, aseptic technique, and medical safety protocols established by AMC instructors and host facilities (such as Parsa Wellness Clinic).

AMC reserves the right to terminate a student's participation in hands-on clinical activities immediately if their conduct presents a safety risk to patients, live models, staff, or fellow attendees.

6. Limitation of Liability

AMC training programs provide instruction on clinical principles and techniques. Students remain fully independent practitioners and assume complete clinical responsibility for any medical treatments or procedures they perform on patients outside of or following AMC mentorship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC, its instructors, clinical partners, and officers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from professional practice decisions made by course attendees.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
