The Aesthetic Practice Blueprint is AMC’s structured mentorship pathway designed to guide injectors from foundational learning into confident, real-world clinical practice. This pillar complements our face-to-face training courses by offering seven mentorship formats that support skill refinement, clinical exposure, hands-on experience, and long-term professional development.
All mentorship packages are designed to meet you where you are—whether you want to strengthen technique, shadow an expert injector, refine a specific area, or rebuild confidence through supervised practice. Graduates of AMC receive preferred mentorship rates and extended access options as part of our commitment to safe, effective aesthetic practice.

Bring Your Own Model
Inject your own model under direct AMC mentor supervision in a controlled clinical setting. Perfect for consolidating recent learning, strengthening technique, and building confidence with live corrective guidance.
Rent a Chair with Us (Silver / Gold / Premium)
Inject your own clients for a full clinical day at a partner facility. We schedule your list based on mentor availability and location, so you gain practical experience, build a portfolio, and work in a fully supported medical environment.
Shadow the Class (Graduates Only)
Return to shadow live classes as often as needed within two years. Observe techniques, anatomy discussions, and treatment flow in real time. No injecting; observation only.
Retake the Class (50% Graduate Discount)
Refresh skills and receive additional supervised practice with a 50% tuition reduction. Graduates retake any AMC course, including hands-on components.
Mentor Clinic Day (Shadow the Mentor)
Spend a day following your mentor through active patient treatments. Observe assessments, injection planning, safety protocols, and decision-making flow in a live clinical setting. Observation only.
We Provide Models + Medical Director
Hands-on practice without sourcing models. AMC provides pre-screened models and medical oversight so you can treat under mentor supervision with safety and quality ensured.
Addressing Your Knowledge Gaps — 1:1 Mentorship Day
A personalized, one-on-one mentorship for experienced injectors. Focus on targeted competencies—assessment, technique refinement, body sculpting fundamentals, and model-based supervised practice—tailored to your goals.
