Advanced Aesthetics Course
The Advanced Aesthetics Course is a one-day, physician-led program for injectors who already perform foundational treatments and are ready to progress into higher-impact contouring and complex zone work.
Led by Dr Parisa Soltani and Dr Aida Owlia, the course focuses on advanced assessment, proportion planning, and safer technique in higher-risk areas including temples, tear troughs, jawline, and nose.
You will refine needle and cannula control, strengthen anatomy-driven decision making, and learn how to plan treatments with clearer sequencing, documentation, and patient communication.

Dr. Parisa Soltani, MD
Co-Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Soltani is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Practitioner with over 20 years in clinical medicine and extensive experience in cosmetic injectables. As Co-Founder and Medical Director of Parsa Wellness Clinic and the Aesthetic Mentorship Circle, she teaches foundational, advanced, and masterclass-level injectables with an emphasis on anatomy, safety, and clinical reasoning. Her mentorship integrates treatment planning, patient selection, and practice strategy to support injectors in building successful and responsible aesthetic practices.
Dr. Aida Owlia, MD
Co-Founder & Lead Injector Educator
Dr. Owlia is a Canadian and US board certified physician and full time cosmetic injector specializing in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, fat dissolving, skin boosters, and mesotherapy. With nearly a decade of experience in education, she has trained many successful injectors and developed this curriculum to address gaps in the industry. As Co-Founder and Lead Injector Educator at Aesthetic Mentorship Circle, she is known for her facial harmonization work and structured teaching style, guiding learners through assessment, product choice, and stepwise injection strategy to build practical confidence.

- Full-face assessment — Advanced facial balancing using dynamic and static analysis, proportions, and vector planning.
- Treatment sequencing — Identify structural loss, asymmetry, and risk to plan safe, high-impact treatment order.
- Technique refinement — Advanced needle and cannula strategies with depth awareness, product selection, and safety checks.
- Advanced zones — Supervised injections in temples, tear troughs, jawline, nose, and forehead under physician oversight.
- Ultrasound-supported safety — Select use of Clarius ultrasound for vascular mapping and depth confirmation in high-risk areas.
- Documentation and aftercare — Informed consent, advanced aftercare communication, and clinical documentation standards.

Theory & Risk Awareness
Advanced facial balancing concepts, dynamic and static assessment, and proportion analysis. In-depth exploration of high-risk anatomy, vascular structures, depth awareness, patient selection, and prevention strategies for complex injectable zones.

Advanced Filler Treatment in High-Risk Facial Zones
Plan and deliver treatments in temples, tear troughs, jawline, and nose using anatomy-driven safety frameworks, precise sequencing, and risk-aware decision making.
Advanced Needle and Cannula Control
Refine entry points, depth, angulation, and vector control to achieve predictable product placement, tissue safety, and patient comfort in complex anatomy.
Patient Selection, Documentation, and Advanced Aftercare
Apply patient selection principles, indications and contraindications, informed consent, and structured documentation while reinforcing advanced aftercare and complication readiness.

Eligibility & Requirements
Ready for Advanced, Physician-Led Injectables
This course is for medical professionals who already perform foundational injectables and are ready to advance into complex zones with physician-led mentorship.
Who May Apply
- Licensed RNs, NPs, and MDs with an active Canadian license.
- Completion of the Foundation Injectables Course or equivalent foundational training.
- Hands-on injectable experience (minimum six months) with active malpractice coverage.
What to Bring
- Scrubs or clinical professional attire.
- Government-issued identification.
- Optional reference photos of prior patient cases.
