Aesthetic Mentorship Circle was founded by physician injectors who believe mastery comes from progressive, framework-driven education that links structured mentorship, ethical practice, and hands-on clinical repetition.

We train licensed medical professionals through pathways that integrate Face to Face clinical training with the Aesthetic Practice Blueprint mentorship, building confidence, safety, and clinical judgment from first reps to real practice.

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Parisa Soltani, MD

A board-certified physician with extensive clinical and aesthetic experience, Dr. Soltani integrates medical rigor with creative vision. Her training style emphasizes clinical safety, patient-centered care, and the development of aesthetic judgment in every trainee. She leads AMC’s safety frameworks and curriculum design for the Face to Face pathway.

Dr. Aida Owlia, MD

An advanced cosmetic injector and educator, Dr. Owlia is known for evidence-based techniques and meticulous mentorship. Her philosophy blends hands-on skill building with deep anatomical understanding to empower practitioners to deliver safe, beautiful results. She co-designs AMC’s mentorship systems and safety-forward teaching for the Blueprint framework.
