A physician-led training and mentorship platform

Aesthetic Mentorship Circle was founded by board-certified physician injectors with a shared commitment to raising standards in aesthetic medicine through structured education, supervised clinical training, and ethical practice.

Our education model is built on two complementary frameworks. Face-to-Face (F2F) Training, which guides healthcare professionals from foundational injectables to full clinical practice through small group, live-model training with direct physician oversight. And the Aesthetic Practice Blueprint, a dedicated mentorship framework designed to support ongoing clinical development, decision-making, and responsible practice integration beyond formal training.

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Parisa Soltani, MD

A board-certified physician with extensive clinical and aesthetic experience, Dr. Soltani integrates medical rigor with creative vision. Her training style emphasizes clinical safety, patient-centered care, and the development of aesthetic judgment in every trainee. She leads AMC’s safety frameworks and curriculum design for the Face to Face pathway.

Dr. Aida Owlia, MD

An advanced cosmetic injector and educator, Dr. Owlia is known for evidence-based techniques and meticulous mentorship. Her philosophy blends hands-on skill building with deep anatomical understanding to empower practitioners to deliver safe, beautiful results. She co-designs AMC’s mentorship systems and safety-forward teaching for the Blueprint framework.
